Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Julep and Juniper embroidery and gifts! We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return policy below.

1. Personalized & Custom Items

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our embroidery and custom gifts, all sales on customized items are final. This includes:

  • Monogrammed or name-embroidered items

  • Custom color selections

  • Personalized gift sets

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for personalized items unless there is a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect spelling, wrong item sent).

2. Non-Personalized Items

If your item is not personalized, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping charges).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with the following:

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

We’ll gladly replace the item or offer a refund, depending on the situation.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
